I first started practising yoga and pilates as part of my daily training as a dancer and physical theate practitioner 20 years ago.

I qualified in Pilates with Pilates Precision and later trained with Sun Power Yoga to become a yoga teacher. I have been teaching for 10 years.

Like many people I began to appreciate how yoga and pilates helped me physically - protecting my back and keeping my body feeling balanced and then the spiritual sense of well being.

Now as a busy working mum I appreciate what these practises give me even more and I love to share this knowledge with others.
